I am ill.
On the plus side though I have now fully become proper English. Only an englishman/woman could get a cold in summer.
As much as I would love to be at home dosed up to high heaven, I can't as work is manic. As well as the 2 directors I already PA for I have also been entrusted with a 3rd. Which, putting it bluntly is a fantastic compliment as it means I am shit hot at my job, that folks makes me glow inside like nothing else.
I can't tell you how happy I am that my job has sorted itself out. I went through absolute hell changing jobs to move down to Southampton and when it all started going tits up and they started treating me appallingly I felt so alone. No one quite understood what I was going through and I don't think anyone quite realised how much that period of shite effected me. I'd moved away from a really good job where I was told how great I was everyday, away from my family who I saw frequently to a new town where I knew no one and to a job where I was thought of as pond scum. Then when I walked out and had to temp for months I lost so much more of my confidence as I lost my independence too. I hate relying on people because they will let you down. Sad but true.
I'm just so glad that's all in the past as my first pay day is just around the corner and I can't wait. I'm back to my old self - the self that I love. I'm fiercely independent, I have my own set of friends, I have my own hobbies and most importantly I start pole dancing lessons next week - something I've wanted to do for ages!!!
Of course I still hurt and wish I could have my cake and eat it (i.e be like I am now and have the man of my dreams) but I'm sure that feeling will pass over time and what's meant to be will be.

Ha ha ha - sorry to de-sexy it now but it's only to build my confidence and to get exercise! I'll be in sporty leggings and a crop top.
